From landing to your hotel
After your payment
Stripe confirms the payment. Your email includes the reference and a private link to review your booking. Operations coordinates the driver assignment; arrival and return are managed as separate services.
On your travel day
Keep the agreed meeting instructions and booking reference available after arrivals. If you need to clarify your pickup or report a flight change, contact the team with your reference. For departure, provide the vehicle pickup time, not only your flight time.
Choose space for people and luggage
Passenger limits are category limits. Large suitcases, strollers and sports equipment also need space: declare them before confirming. Vehicle images illustrate categories and do not guarantee a specific make or model.

Where can you travel from PUJ?
Bávaro and Los Corales suit stays around the beach and holiday apartments; use the full property and building name rather than only “Bávaro”. Cap Cana and Arena Gorda have their own service areas, so choosing the exact hotel avoids applying another zone’s fare.
For Uvero Alto and Macao, check the selected property and your return pickup carefully. Bayahíbe, La Romana, Casa de Campo and Santo Domingo are also listed: an airport transfer to another city is priced for that destination, not at a Punta Cana beach-zone rate.

Airport Transfers Punta Cana is part of the Proactivitis ecosystem. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we do not store your card number. Your booking details are available through a private link. Drivers and transport companies submit their profile, vehicle documents and service areas for operational review before they can receive assignments.
Before booking your airport transfer
Is the price per person?
No. The online fare is the total for the selected vehicle and itinerary. Check the passenger limit and declare all luggage; a return itinerary includes both legs.
Is this a shared shuttle or an airport taxi-rank fare?
This platform books private transport for your group. A private shuttle here is not a shared bus seat, and our pre-booked fare is not an official taxi-rank tariff.
Can I book without creating an account?
Yes. Start as a guest, enter your contact and travel details, review the total and continue to secure payment. Your reference and private booking link are sent by email.
How much notice is needed?
Online pickup requires at least six hours’ notice and dates within the next 18 months. Contact the team for a shorter-notice request; availability must be checked.
Can I cancel or change the date?
Free cancellation applies until 24 hours before local pickup under the booking conditions. Request a change or cancellation through your account or the team; submitting a request does not automatically change a service or issue a refund.
What about child seats or special equipment?
Arrange special equipment with the team before confirming. Enter the correct number of passengers, including children, and declare luggage, strollers or accessibility requirements. Do not assume these extras are included in a standard vehicle fare.
