Is the fare per person or per vehicle?+
Standard fares are per vehicle and leg, within the passenger range shown. The planner adds both legs for a standard round trip.
Can I pay and confirm online here?+
The current site calculates a standard fare and prepares a request for the team. It does not take card payments or confirm vehicle availability automatically.
Does a child count as a passenger?+
Yes. Count every person, including babies. Include child-seat and stroller requests so the vehicle arrangement can be confirmed.
What happens if my address is not listed?+
Use the custom-address option. A written proposal confirms the exact location, vehicle and amount.
When should I leave my hotel for PUJ?+
Share the departing flight, date and property. Operations confirms the pickup time; the flight time is not the pickup time.
