The standard return adds a second leg. Seat capacity does not guarantee space for all luggage: declare large cases, strollers and equipment before confirming. These are not official taxi-rank rates or shared-bus fares.
Pickup starts at Punta Cana Airport, PUJ, and the destination is Jardin Colonial Boutique Hotel. Tell the team if landing at SDQ or LRM: a hotel in Santo Domingo metropolitan urban area does not automatically change the contracted airport.
Prepare the flight date and number, party size, luggage and travel phone. For round trips also provide the departing flight and return date; operations confirms vehicle pickup time separately.
Select dates, passengers and vehicle; the summary shows your booking total. Enter your details and pay through Stripe. You can then check the status using the reference and private link sent by email; payment and driver assignment have separate statuses.
Customers with a reservation can sign in using the purchase email to view their journeys and request changes. Operations must confirm an amendment; a request alone does not change flights, pickup times or the contracted amount.
Free cancellation until 24 hours before local pickup time. Quote your reference when requesting it. A refund request does not automatically credit money; the team reviews it and uses the original payment channel. For travel within six hours, special luggage or a point other than the hotel, contact operations first.
