Booking and confirmation
Select dates, passengers and vehicle; the summary shows your booking total. Enter your details and pay through Stripe. You can then check the status using the reference and private link sent by email; payment and driver assignment have separate statuses.
Changes after booking
Customers with a reservation can sign in using the purchase email to view their journeys and request changes. Operations must confirm an amendment; a request alone does not change flights, pickup times or the contracted amount.
Cancellation and coordination
Free cancellation until 24 hours before local pickup time. Quote your reference when requesting it. A refund request does not automatically credit money; the team reviews it and uses the original payment channel. For travel within six hours, special luggage or a point other than the hotel, contact operations first.
